Full Automobile Insurance Rights.

In most big metropolitain, taxi-cab drivers pay cab companies $20,000.00 to $50,000.00 as lease which including insurance. Unfortunately, when the drivers get involve in an automobile accident, the taxi-cab company claims that: "your passengers, and the driver and passengers of the other vehicles are covered but you (the drivers) are not covered by the company's insurance policy."

The driver has to spend his or her own money in order to repair the vehicle and to get proper medical care.

This is an antitrust problem, corruption, financial fraud and illegal earnings. States, Counties and Cities governments should prevent those insurance companies operated in their jurisdiction.
